Mit der Einreichung von Publikationen erhält die Internationale Implantatstiftung ein uneingeschränktes, jedoch nicht exklusives Publikationsrecht an allen eingereichten Dokumenten. Dies schließt Skizzen und Bilder ein. Der Einreicher bestätigt im Rahmen der Submission, dass er alleiniger Eigentümer oder Verfügungsberechtigter des eingereichten Materials ist. Die Internationale Implantatstiftung ist in der uneingeschränkten (auch mehrfachen, und im Zusammenhang abgeänderten) Verwendung des eingereichten Materials frei und wird das Material für schriftliche und elektronische Publikationen aller Art verwenden.

With each submission, the International Implant Foundation is granted the unlimited, non-exclusive right to publish all documents submitted, including but not limited to all text, drawings and images. By making a submission, the submitter declares that he or she is the sole owner of or legally entitled to freely dispose of the material submitted. The International Implant Foundation is free to use the submitted material without restrictions (which includes the right to multiple publication and to make context-related modifications). At intends to use the material for multiple types of printed and electronic publications.

La soumission de publications confère à la Fondation internationale d’implantologie un droit sans restrictions mais non exclusif de publication sur tous les documents soumis, y compris les dessins et illustrations. Dans le cadre de la soumission, le soumissionnaire atteste qu’il est seul propriétaire du matériel soumis ou qu’il est habilité à en disposer. La Fondation internationale d’implantologie est libre d’utiliser sans restrictions le matériel soumis (y compris de façon répétée et dans des contextes différents) et utilisera celui-ci pour des publications imprimées et électroniques de toute nature.
